Marketing material
Are visual communications tools that reaches a broad audience. It is important that the Company communicate with a united appearance in all contact with the market, to leave a consistent and solid impression. It is therefore not allowed for the local or regional offices to produce their own marketing material without pre-approval from Corporate Communications.

Examples of marketing material are:
Posters, trade brochures and other sales brochures and flyers. All approved marketing material can be downloaded from the Intranet and printed locally, if needed. For professional prints, please ask Corporate Communications for a high definition file and print requirements.

Give-Aways
Standardizing rules for Give-Aways is challenging due to varying colors, textures, and sizes of items.

Follow the rules that applies to our logo in the best possible manner, use common sense, and prioritize readability.

Stick to the outlined versions in Höegh blue or black and white, or the white version without an outline. In limited spaces like cufflinks, a specialized version without the company name may be used.

Locally produced giveaways must have their design approved by Corporate Communications to ensure it aligns with the company image, as outlined in this policy.
