Exhibitions

When representing Höegh Autoliners at exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences and the like, it is of great importance that we keep a consistent branding and messaging at all events.

To keep this momentum, Höegh Autoliner’s participation at exhibitions is centralized and driven from the head office in Oslo.

Responsibilities

The Commercial team in Oslo will, during the yearly budget process, decide on which exhibitions the company will participate at with a stand the following year.

Corporate Communications owns the stand design and solution, and is responsible for the building of the stand at each event.

The local organisation must nominate one representative who is responsible for following the Exhibition Preparation Guidelines and support Corporate Communications with local on-site follow up during the building and planning process.

Höegh Autoliners exhibition stand design

The Höegh Autoliners stand has a clean and professional looking design which gives visitors an instant understanding of who we are and what we do.

The stand solution for our Breakbulk events for examples, is based on a flexible stand system covered with branded fabric with backlight in the walls. It can be adjusted to stand sizes from 6×6 metres to 2×2 metres giving us the possibility to choose our stand size at each exhibition.

The pictures and branding on the display walls can easily be changed and thereby adjusted to fit the segment the exhibition is covering. In addition, a TV screen will be included on the centre wall emphasizing on our slogan “Big just got bigger” while at the same time showing promotion films.

The stand will also include three iPads which will hold Höegh Autoliners presentations and films.

The stand will be built locally at each exhibition centre, and stored for next year where that is relevant.

Exhibition Preparation Guidelines
Preparing for participation at exhibitions requires a planning process with a time frame and responsible persons for each action. The Exhibition Preparation Guidelines in GIS, gives an overview of the Höegh Autoliners planning process. It is the responsibility of the local representative to ensure that the Exhibition Preparation Guidelines are followed.
