Email Signatures

When signing with a company email address, the employee represents the company, and the signature must align with our Corporate Identity standards.

An email signature should have the following items:

• Full name of the sender
• Title/Position
• Department
• Direct telephone number
• Post and/or visit address to the office

• Logo

This is the layout for the email signature. It must be kept consistent for every employee and every office.

  • The logo should be no smaller than 150px in width (this is the size that is used in our template)
  • The font used should be Arial
  • Follow the guidelines for font sizes laid out in the image to the right
  • Promotional banner can be added below our logo mark
