To make it easier to produce printed material, a set of templates for pre-printed documents for Höegh Autoliners and Höegh Fleet Services has been developed. Pre-printed documents include letterheads, business cards and envelopes.
All printed postal matters should follow the standards outlined in this document. Where localisation or personalisation of the printed documents are required (business cards and envelopes), the templates are downloadable below.
These sets of templates for pre-printed matters are supplemented with electronic templates for Microsoft Office. These electronic templates come in versions for electronic distribution of documents and for printing on company letterheads.
Business cards
All business cards are in English. Each Höegh company will have its own logo centered on top of the card.
The text and the logotype are printed in Höegh blue.
The typeface is Helvetica Neue and the following variations are used:
75 Bold, 56 Italic, 55 Roman.
One-colour printing is recommended (PMS Pantone 5405 C); therefore, the PMS version of the logo (rather than the CMYK version) should be used.
For the creation of business cards, please contact Communications / Graphic Designer.
Fonts are licenced software. The Helvetica Neue fonts can for this reason not be made available for free distribution. If needed, contact IT-support to obtain the appropriate fonts.
Envelopes
are printed with the company logo and address in the upper left-hand corner. The logotype and the address are printed in Höegh blue. Below is shown an E6/5 envelope with window. The address is centered below the logotype.
One-colour printing is recommended (PMS Pantone 5405 C), and for that reason the PMS version of the logo (as opposed to the CMYK version) is included in the QuarkXPress document. The QuarkXPress documents are fully editable, to allow changes to the address field.
Fonts are licenced software. The Helvetica Neue fonts can for this reason not be made available for free distribution. If needed, contact IT-support to obtain the appropriate fonts.
The Microsoft office templates are available here in our webpage. The zip-file below contains templates of our letterheads.
There are two versions of each MS Word template – one with a logo included for documents that will be distributed digitally (i.e. via e-mail) and one for documents that will be printed on preprinted letterheads and sent by mail.
The typeface defined in the templates is standard Arial, to comply with this identity guide and is chosen for compatibility reasons.
